Fifteen years of Teufel NetherlandsOpens in new tab and the 10th anniversary of our Dutch-language blog. Two great milestones we’re proud of. But instead of just looking back, we wanted to do something that fits what Teufel stands for: celebrating the power of sound and giving something back.
Music is much more than just sounding good. A song can bring back memories, give you energy, or bring people together. That’s why, for our 15th anniversary, we once again decided to collaborate on something that brings together audio, creativity, and social impact.
This year, we’re working with the Rotterdam-based artist collective AAA FRESH 123Opens in new tab. Their colorful, playful, and instantly recognizable style can now be seen all over the world. For our anniversary, they transformed a set of ULTIMA 40 speakers into a unique piece of art.
A classic as a source of inspiration
It’s no coincidence that the ULTIMA 40 takes center stage in this collaboration. This floorstanding speaker has been one of Teufel’s most popular models for years and is known for its excellent value for money.
For many customers, the ULTIMA 40 was their first encounter with Teufel sound. That’s exactly why we felt it was fitting to give this classic a completely new look. AAA FRESH 123 brought their own visual language to the speakers, giving a familiar model a whole new look.
Here’s what the ULTIMA 40 set designed by AAA FRESH 123 looks like:

More than an anniversary campaign
The Rotterdam-based artist collective AAA FRESH 123 transformed the stereo system into a work of art using various techniques—just as unique and colorful as the sound of our 15-year history of Teufel in the Netherlands.
This special edition is a one of a kind. It’s not available to buy, but you can win itOpens in new tab.
Just like with previous anniversary campaigns, we’re linking this collaboration to a social initiative that reflects something very close to our hearts: the unifying power of music.
That’s why we’d like to highlight “Sounds of ChangeOpens in new tab,” a Dutch foundation that uses music as a tool for social change and psychosocial support.

The organization works worldwide with aid teams, teachers, psychologists, and musicians. They teach how music can be used in a trauma-sensitive way for children, young people, and adults living in difficult conditions. This includes refugee camps, disadvantaged urban areas, and former conflict zones in Syria, Ukraine, Lebanon, Jordan, and Palestine.
Their work shows that music can be so much more than just a moment of relaxation. It can provide structure, bring people together, and create space for emotions that are sometimes hard to put into words.
Why we support this initiative
What inspires us about Sounds of Change is that music is not just an end in itself—it builds trust, brings people closer together, and strengthens resilience.
With a contribution to this campaign, you’re not only supporting a special anniversary project but also helping make music accessible to people who can benefit from it the most. That’s exactly what makes this collaboration so meaningful to us.
We hope as many visitors, customers, and music lovers as possible feel connected to this. Every contribution—big or small—helps.
A tradition close to our hearts
This isn’t the first time we’ve celebrated an anniversary in this way. When Teufel Netherlands celebrated its 10th anniversary, we worked with the Rotterdam street artist Naomi King. Back then, a speaker set was also given a distinctive artistic style, and the campaign was linked to Sounds of Change.
This collaboration showed just how well art and audio go together. With AAA FRESH 123 we’re continuing this idea and writing a new chapter.
Here’s to the next fifteen years
With this anniversary, we’re not just celebrating fifteen years of teufelaudio.nl. We’re also celebrating a community of music lovers, the connection we’ve built in the Netherlands, and above all, the role music can play in people’s lives.
We hope you’re just as excited about this special ULTIMA 40 as we are. And if you have the opportunity, we hope you’ll also support Sounds of Change.
Because in the end, it’s not just about great sound. It’s about what music can do for people.
